I Must Confess...It's Tuesday #2

In my quest to undo the damage from the holidays and our trip, both of which involved a GREAT DEAL of eating; I've been suffering through eating South Beach Diet Meal Replacement bars. Which produce 2 unpleasant side effects. One of them being mild acne in the chin area. While it is embarrassing to admit that; this is Tuesday and I am confessing so it must involve some degree of moderate discomfort. Namely, my own. But I'll see my discomfort and raise myself one utter humiliation. The other side effect? Flatulence. They're not bad. The bars that is (the other thing is decidedly not good). But they're not terrific either. Before you go scoffing that I'm a thin person; I agree with you. However, I still have to fit into my jeans and camel toe and muffin top are not a good look for anyone, ever, no matter who you are. So my motto that 'just because you can get the pants on doesn't mean that you should actually wear them', remains.

Hmm...as much as I enjoy Fiber One bars, they have the same effect. I've switched to 110 calorie Pria bars. They are rather tasty!

I agree wholeheartedly. Others need to live by that motto, and that's why I'm sweating it off at the gym.

I tried posting before, but it didn't show up.

Some things just aren't worth it. Like the bars. Unless Beano makes bars (they should). But fitting into jeans might be worth some effort, but I'd switch bars.

Ooh, I'm in double trouble if I ever need to eat those babies. I have enough rumblings as is...

I love the picture!!! And yes, muffin top - not good.

As far as flatulence..somehow that word makes farting sound SO much more civilized....detox flatulence is really BAD. I mean...really.

Having just finished phase one yesterday, I was sort of excited about trying a SB bar. I thought it was terrible. I think my expectations were too high. But I ate it anyway, happy that it was not one more slice of turkey breast.

OMG, did you just use the term "camel toe"? That's awesome.
